Guid Nychburris Parade 2009
(Good Neighbours Parade 2009)

The Parade this year was held on 20th June, in much better weather than 2008,
when it poured with rain all day!
2009 was the Year of the Homecoming, and all over Scotland, events and functions
took place in celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns.
In the Parade, DMTC entered the Best Burns or Scottish Entry Category
and won First Prize - a certificate and a cup, the latter being held for one year.
